The Bolina Editorial Group includes the companies Bolina Portugal, Lda. (Portugal), Bolina S.L. (Spain) and Editorial Bolina Brasil Ltda. (Brazil) and is geared towards Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets with joint publications, aimed at segmented markets. The goal is to produce the best titles for each target audience with impartiality, rigorousness and quality.
To meet the demands for technical information in order to help readers choices and give advertisers clearly qualified audiences within each decision group are two elements of the philosophy behind the Bolina Editorial Group.
The strategy found to reach these goals is based on creating publications in scientific and technologic areas for the Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets, always taking care to adapt and incorporate the regional realities of each country.
The best example in this strategy of international expansion can already be seen in publications like “Produção Profissional”, created in Portugal in 1991, currently being published in Spain (Producción Profesional) – where it won the award for “Best Professional Magazine” at the Berzelius 2000 Awards at the Barcelona International Television Festival – and in Brazil and Latin America. It was first published in these markets, respectively in October 1999, January 2002 and April 2005.
